*More than 100 people were arrested last night after a group of protesters blocked lanes of traffic on Highway 40 in St. Louis near Kingshighway. One of the arrests included State Rep. Bruce Franks of St. Louis.

Las Vegas began its return to normalcy last night as the Strip's big headlining acts went back on stage.
All of the major acts, including The Blue Man Group, Penn & Teller, Wayne Newton, Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez cancelled Monday night's shows in the wake of Sunday's shooting. All of them, with the exception on J-Lo who cancelled her next three shows, went back to work last night. Cirque du Soleil's show at Mandalay Bay is cancelled for the time being.
Elsewhere on the Strip, a portion of Las Vegas Boulevard which had been closed after the shooting was reopened.

Yahoo - Sitting down? An epic and historic data breach at Yahoo in August 2013 affected every single customer account that existed at the time, Yahoo parent company Verizon said on Tuesday. That's three billion accounts -- including email, Tumblr, Fantasy and Flickr -- or three times as many as the company initially reported in 2016
Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak said the community has raised more than $8.3 million through a GoFundMe on Tuesday afternoon.
Sisolak said an anonymous donor contributed an additional $500,000. Plus, singer Wayne Newton and his wife donated $100,000.

President May End Puerto Rico’s Debt Crisis-
Hurricane relief for Puerto Rico could also bring relief to the island's crushing financial debt.
The U.S. territory filed bankruptcy in May because of its 73-billion-dollar debt burden, making it the biggest U.S. municipal bankruptcy in history. Yesterday, President Trump said Puerto Rico owes a lot of money to Wall Street and that "We will have to wipe that out."
He told Geraldo Rivera on Fox News he didn't know if the debt was to Goldman Sachs, "but whoever it is, you can wave goodbye to that." One of the biggest issues is job seekers leaving for the mainland. Since the recession ended, a lack of job prospects has sent many Puerto Ricans fleeing.
Hurricane Maria left the entire island of Puerto Rico without power or water.

Mattis Breaks With White House On Iran Pact-
Defense Secretary James Mattis appears to be breaking with President Trump on the Iran nuclear deal.
In a Senate hearing yesterday, Mattis said the U.S. should stay with the accord if Iran continues living-up to terms of the deal. "If we can confirm that Iran is living by the agreement, if we can determine that this is in our best interest, then clearly, we should stay with it," Mattis said. "I believe, at this point in time, absent indications to the contrary, it is something the president should consider staying with."
President Trump has called it a terrible deal and an embarrassment. Trump has recently suggested he may pull the U.S. out of the accord.Source: ABC News
