Phelps is a handsome three-year-old Rat Terrier mix with big ears and an even bigger heart. This sweet boy is extremely shy, but has a lot of love to give to the forever friend who’s willing to take things slow.
He is looking for a quiet home with a patient family who can help him adjust to the life he’s been dreaming of. Once he’s out of his shell, he will prove himself to be a loyal companion and be a great friend who’s always ready to take a walk around the block for a little fresh air, or to hang out on the couch, just so long as he gets to be near his favorite people.
Phelps will be a great dog for one lucky family!
