Halloween is my favorite time of year! You get to choose to be anyone you want to be! My mom ALWAYS hand made all of my and my siblings costumes (With four kids, she needed to save money). I also made my kids (well, some of theirs when they were little, then they wanted the store bought ones !). Random Topic Today is "Best Homemade Halloween Costume You've ever had or come across"!
