This is Walter.  He is awesome.  Walter just wants someone to love.  Honestly, he loves to cuddle and be petted.  He also enjoys walks with the shelter staff.  As you can see, Walter doesn't miss many meals.  But, look at that face, who could say "no" to another bite or two?
