Ok, living in St Louis this is the first time I have ever heard of this and it almost made me lose my lunch!  Have you ever had "Snoots???"  Its deep fried pigs nose and are a part of BBQ history in St Louis dating back to the late 1920's.  I understand not wanting to waste food...but a pigs nose???  No way for this guy!  Read the full feature on SNOOTS in St Louis HERE.
