As a HUGE fan of Ice Cream this one hurts...to the core!  Turkey Hill ice cream is recalling 1,200 cartons of mint chocolate chip because of coconuts!  Apparently they had a run of the mint choco flavor that was partially mixed with coconuts and undeclared in the ingredients.  Obviously this is not good for anyone who is allergic to coconut...but for people like me it hurts to see this ice cream go to waste!  So people at Turkey Hill, feel free to send the recalls to this guy right here :-)  Get the full story on the recall HERE.
