I think that if I were to ever get a tattoo it would definitly be of my childrens names.  So props to Adele if she got this in tribute to her son.  If it's an "A" for Adele then thats kind of weird.  It's right behind her ear and I bet that it hurt a lot...but then again I am a big wuss!
