This guy is so awesome! He's at a Celtics' basketball game and they get to the part where they show fans dancing in the stands. They find this guy and he does an amazingly entertaining lip sync dance to the song. Talk about making the most of your moment in the spotlight! Here's your feel good moment of the day.
Today, as "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown" was playing, I decided to see if there was a video of Jim Croce performing the song on YouTube. Not only did I find one, it's from Jim's appearance on "Don Kirshner's Rock Concert!" Remember watching those?

According to Cracked.com, UPS delivers about 16 million packages every single day. With that much volume, SOME of them are going to get lost or damaged.
A former UPS worker gives these tips for making sure your package gets where it's going safely.
1. You don't need to write "FRAGILE" on the box. Each handler loads about 250 packages every hour. They probably won't notice "fragile" . . . plus, since SO many boxes say "fragile," they'll probably ignore it anyway.
2. Make your box look like a gift. Handlers usually take special care of a package if it looks like a kid put some effort into making sure it looks good. Wrap it, add bows, maybe add a handwritten message in crayon, and you're good.
3. Remove EVERY old sticker if you are packing in a used box. The scanners scan the first barcode they see. If there's an old shipping label on the box, or a FedEx or Post Office label that could scan . . . your package could be lost.
4. Follow the UPS instructions to the letter. Then, if your package IS lost or damaged, you may be able to get reimbursement. You'll have better luck if you use a new box, are careful not to overpack it, use wide tape, and waterproof what's inside.
I read that this was coming, and today I saw it for myself. The "Dollar" menu is now the "Dollar Menu & More."
Be sure you check those prices before you order.
Last week on Parks & Recreation, a fake law firm was introduced. The names represent different sabermetrics in baseball. This week, they got David Eckstein to record a commercial for the firm. Very funny!

This is awesome! Two guys come back from a fishing trip with HUGE fish. They are taking video - I'm sure to share with posterity - when a sea lion pops up at the side of the boat and STEALS one of the fish! The video replays it in slow-motion and even adds Psycho music at the end. It cracked me up.
