Part Time Promotions Coordinators

We are looking for individuals to represent the 6 Clear Channel St. Louis radio stations (Majic 104.9, Z107-7, 93.7 The Bull, Oldies 103.3, 100.3 GenX, and Hallelujah 1600) The ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing, and professional individual that has experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, communications, customer service or event planning.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with contest fulfillment
• Event planning
• Working station appearances at retail stores, concerts, nightclubs, etc.
• Assisting at major station events
• Making the atmosphere exciting and entertaining while interacting with listeners
• Promoting our 6 radio stations as well as our clients
• Loading and unloading vehicles before and after appearances
• Driving station vehicles to appearances
• Setting up and breaking down broadcast and event equipment

Position details: 
• 15-25 hours per week
• Mostly afternoons, weeknights and weekends (must be able to work nights and weekends regularly)
• Experience in broadcasting, marketing, PR or related field preferred, but not required
• Executing station promotional and client events
• Must be detail oriented, responsible and accountable for performance
• Good organizational skills are a MUST
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

Digital Program Director

Job Description
• The Digital PD is ultimately responsible for meeting digital audience goals
• Analysis of metrics and diagnostics to shape strategy
• Working with Programming, Marketing and Promotions to create and program brand-appropriate content to drive digital audience and user engagement
• Finding innovative ways to use our digital properties to grow terrestrial ratings
• Managing a team of Digital Content Directors and Producers
• Working with Program Directors to strategize the most effective use of on-air inventory to grow digital audience
• Working with Clear Channel Digital to ensure that local sites are in line with national digital priorities. This includes finding new ways to evolve the symbiotic relationship of using national assets to grow local audience and vice/versa
• Working closely with Integrated Sales to find on-brand ways to monetize our digital audiences
• Owning digital marketing: marketing our stations through our own sites, ultimately overseeing social media programs and, where available, working with marketing directors/PDs to place online advertising buys
• Developing and execution of social media strategy
• Along with PDs and Marketing Directors, develop and maintain a long-term editorial and promotional calendar for each stations site
• Identifying content partnerships that could be beneficial to the brands and working through the right channels to pursue appropriate avenues

Experience/Skills/Qualifications
• A minimum of seven years professional experience working in some form of content creation
• Experience working in radio programming and/or marketing a plus
• Strong management and people skills
• Must be an idea factory, always coming up with new ways to keep content fresh
• Strong knowledge of pop culture and current events
• Must be highly organized
•The ability to work quickly and shift gears on a dime to capitalize on traffic opportunities
• Must a self-starter who excels at working independently
• Experience working with social media, if not professionally then to a high degree in your personal life
• Adobe SiteCatalyst and Ando experience a plus
•Healthy addiction to the Internet a must

The Integrated Marketing Consultant is an outside sales person who develops and sustains a book of active advertisers who use the multiple marketing platforms Clear Channel offers as marketing solutions.

Clear Channel provides multi-platform marketing vehicles providing marketing solutions to prospective advertisers. 

Responsibilities:
- Build a book of business that consistently produces budget-beating results through prospecting, presenting, and closing integrated marketing solutions plans
- Proactive in driving revenue, increasing client base, and selling integrated marketing solutions
- Ability to develop marketing solutions for new and/or current advertisers
- Ability negotiate win/win solutions that generate increased revenue
- Ability to ask and close business for significant budgets
- Good communications skills to include speaking, listening, developing rapport and presentation skills
- Exhibit experience with prospecting and developing client business relationships
- Ability to understand and calculate basic mathematical equations
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced constantly changing environment

Requirements: 
- Basic computer skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
- Basic marketing knowledge about social media and websites
